Founded in 2016, Tannour Consultants was the first firm in North Africa to center gender justice at the heart of its work. We emerged in response to the urgent and deeply entrenched need for transformative change in attitudes and behaviors around gender in SWANA region. We recognize that changemakers exist in all spaces whether multinational corporations, local businesses, NGOs, or multilateral organizations and that everyone holds responsibility in dismantling systems of addressing gender inequalities and fostering equitable futures.
